... the performances of these aircrafts have to be the best
... we have to beat four world records to illustrate these pole positions
... the design of our skyships have to break with the past
... the wind is our partner to go ever further
... there is a market for high performance airships
... every creation of economic market is important during crisis
... it is essential to have the support of public authorities, France and European Union
... ecology is vital for the future generations
... energy transition and environment protection must be carried by messengers who are worldwide visible.
PIERRE CHABERT
“ Disruptive innovation is needed to develop future transports and environmental-friendly uses.
These innovations embody the future, social opportunities and technological exchanges”.
Left Pierre Chabert, right Gérard Feltzer
Pierre Chabert is Transoceans’ founder and president, and one of the few airship pilots in the world. He designed, built and piloted his numerous aerostats along with those that have been conceived by others. His proven intuition guides Transoceans in its projects to give birth to airships worthy of the third millennium.
A lifelong aviation enthusiast and a pilot of airships, helicopters, paragliders and ultralight aircrafts, Pierre Chabert is also the founder of AIRSTAR, the lighting balloon world leader.
It is in 1994 that he got the idea to introduce powerful lighting systems in helium-inflated balloons and target show business, construction industry, emergency services and cinema.
